If you have been with the company since at least November of 2020 you may remember we asked y'all for your "why." If you want a little refresher - you can check out the Ted Talk which inspired us to create our why together.
Once we received everyone's answers we created a Word Cloud to illustrate the why behind the stories y'all have told, are telling and want to continue to tell.
And... we are excited to announce that we have turned this into a Cinterra Reel.

We believe this will be an incredible new tool for casting to better see and understand not only your talent, but just why you are all here working so hard on your careers every day.
